At Siegmund Welding Tables, we stand by the precision of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that due to the specialized nature and weight of industrial welding equipment, specific restocking fees may apply to heavy machinery imports.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Freight

  Securely pack the table or accessories on their original pallet or in original packaging to ensure the precision-ground surfaces are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your RMA is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the equipment from your facility at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
